Soy Chicken

Ingredients:

1 Whole Chicken (1 - 1.5kg)
3 sticks Cinnamon
6 cups water
15 pcs. Star Anise
18 pcs. Cardamom Seeds
1 cup black soy sauce
1/2 cup regular soy sauce
1/4 cup knorr seasoning
1 large size ginger - half Chopped ito strips. other half slice by 4.
Onion Leeks  - halt put inside the chicken and other half w/roots add to the solution.
2 sachet of MSG.
2 teaspoon iodized salt


Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients except iodized salt and MSG.
2. Boil the mixture.
3. Put the Ginger inside the chicken, the big slices.
4. Mix the MSG and Salt, coat the mixture to the chicken, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.


5. When the solution boils, put the chicken and simmer it again for another 5 minutes.
6. Turn off the stove, and make sure the cover is intact, and start a 1 hour timer.
7. after 1 hour hang the chicken for 10 minutes or until the excess liquid is not visible.
8. After that serve with rice and hot and spicy Jufran and enjoy.
